How is my design approved?
After receiving your order, the studio will contact you to confirm the inscription, layout, and design preferences. Please provide a working email address and phone number.
Will natural stone look exactly like the photos?
Every stone has its own color and grain, and hand carving leaves small differences. Product images are a guide to the style, not an exact match.
How do payment and delivery work?
Standard products must be paid in USD through PayPal within one hour of ordering. For products that need a quote, the studio will email the confirmed price and you can pay from your account. Basic shipping is included in the product price. Destination import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
