Production and dispatch
Hand making time varies with the material, design, and approval process. The studio will provide an estimate after your order is reviewed. Basic shipping is included in the product price, and a carrier and tracking number are added after dispatch.

We confirm the design before carving begins. If your item arrives with a quality issue, keep your order details and contact customer care as soon as possible.
